I have learned how to make true friends, make the right decisions, defend myself, believe and never give up on myself!  My experience with Theodorou Academy has truly changed my life!

I have a new son now! He has lost over 25 pounds and his confidence has grown with him.  It has made him very disciplined, caring, giving and outgoing again.  He has become a high achiever and a future leader.  He handles many situations differently now.  At school, he doesn’t react to physical situations anymore.  He thinks about the situation first and decides how to diffuse it calmly.  We actually receive calls from the principal commending and thanking my son for the role he took in certain situations.  His way of thinking has changed with his knowledge.  The Sensei’s and teachers are incredible. They are wonderful mentors that my son looks up to and tries to emulate.  We truly consider Theodorou Academy our family!

Since I have been training at Theodorou Academy, my attitude has changed dramatically.  I started training when I was 9 and now I am 12 with my 3rd kyu brown belt.  When I started, I was quiet as a mouse.  Now I am loud and dynamic!  Jiu Jitsu has changed my life!  In school, I would never raise my hand even if I knew the answer.  Now I am in the 7th grade and in advanced math!  Thank you Theodorou Academy.
